Hi there! My name is Krista.
Calgary Mobile Massage and Stretch Therapy was founded in 2015. We provide mobile health services and aim to improve the quality of life of our clients by creating custom treatments addressing health concerns and promoting calm, rest, and relaxation.
Certifications
2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma from Mount Royal University
Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist from the Stretch to Win Institute
Level 1 Lymphatic Drainage Therapist from the Chikly Health Institute.

I believe the body works together as a unit and thus I aim to treat from that viewpoint, exploring the deeper reasons for your symptoms.
We can work on improving chronic postural dysfunction, increasing flexibility and range of motion, treating various injuries, or simply relieving stress.
My particular area of interest lies in fascia: various layers of connective tissue that stabilize, attach, and separate muscles and organs. I address fascia in my massage treatments and while doing FST and cupping.
I also work to improve the immune system by offering lymphatic drainage sessions, on their own or incorporated into a massage session.
In my downtime, I enjoy being outdoors, experimenting with photography, adding to my indoor garden, and exploring different countries and cultures.
